Refund & Returns Policy

Each of our items is made especially for you once an order is placed, which helps us reduce waste and keep our small business sustainable. Because of this made-to-order process, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as sizing issues, color preference, or change of mind.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged or with a fault, please let us know within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item showing the damage

  • Photos of the packaging, if available

Once reviewed, we’ll be happy to offer a replacement or a refund at no extra cost.

Please Note

Refunds or replacements cannot be offered for:

  • Incorrect size or color selected at checkout

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused after use or washing

  • Orders with incorrect shipping details provided at checkout
